We use a professional house wash solution consisting of a carefully diluted blend of water, house wash cleaner and bleach. This mixture is applied at low pressure, allowing it to safely break down and eliminate mold, algae, mildew, dirt, and organic growth at the root—rather than just rinsing it off the surface. Because the contaminants are neutralized, your home stays cleaner longer compared to traditional pressure washing.

As part of our soft washing process, we also clean exterior windows, leaving them noticeably clearer without the need for separate window cleaning. Before and during treatment, we take extra precautions to protect your property by pre-soaking all grass, plants, shrubs, and landscaping within a 10-foot radius of the home.
